Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

– Develop new business by driving sales in their existing accounts as well as new accounts with a prime focus on outbound leads.

– Conduct research to identify new clients who require advertising services.

– Generate leads and cold-call prospective clients.

– Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting client’s objectives.

– Prepare sales contracts, and pitches, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

– Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

– Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

– Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

– Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.


Experienced in advertising services. (Brand Consultancy, Branding, Animation, Videos, Photography, Digital Marketing, PR, Websites, Brand Management).

– 2-3+ of Business Development experience.

– Experience with lead generation and sales closure.

– Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Proactive and a self starter.

– Has knowledge of digital marketing and trends.

– Keen problem solver.

– Effective written and oral communication skills.

– Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
