Social Media Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

– Develop an integrated social media strategy for marketing campaigns.

– Keep abreast of social media trends, research, and best practices.

– Develop and plan social-first content for brands and social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

– Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on brands pages, and encourages audience participation.

– Collaborate with marketing and other team to create robust social media plan.

– Manage the brand’s online presences, response, interactions. 

– Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content.

– Gather, analyse, and report on social media metrics.


– Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, and communications.

– 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.

– Strong writing and editing skills.

– Ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.
